As mentioned before i have no clue about mods and what gets used etc... Obviously i dont want this becoming some kind of divisive issue. I think the fairest way to have this is if both parties want the mod they can use the mod and if both dont agree to use it then we dont use it. Kind of like how we do it for 3v3/4v4. I dont think we used any mods for maps in the last TIW but at least this way if both want a particular mod they can use it. Its the fairest way to do it

The scheduling is moving perfectly and will be finished on the 17th so we will know who has qualified on the 17th. I will post up the settings/rules minus the maps on the 18th. From the 18th until the 31st we will reopen rosters though as mentioned already you can only play for one clan so the only players you can add to an exsisting roster is those who havent been included for another clan.
From the 18th until the 24th at 6pm (deadline) will be your opportunity for a representative from each clan to give me the votes on their maps in a secret vote. Note, only i will know what people have voted for. Once i have all the votes i will publish them all together so everybody can see what has been voted for (everything will be very transparent). Votes will be tallied and we will know what maps will be available. So between the 18th and the 31st we get the 3 different TIW packs made, included will be the maps voted for. I will require as before 5 votes for 1v1, 5 votes for 2v2 and 10 votes for 3v3/4v4. I will get something posted up on the 18th so that everyone understands what i want.
Some time between the 18th and the 31st I will get a live draw arranged so people know both who is in what group but also who plays who first etc...
From the 1st of February until the 14th of February 6pm gmt will be the date to schedule the first round of games for your clan
Maybe that's because I practised a bit before this time? 11 pretty sure anyone who knows me knew I was doing 100% random ladder tg at that time. If u wanna go ahead and use a mod designed purely for ffa rdm civ in a same civ 1v1 or tg go ahead, but its laughable. Even the creator stressed the edits were purely for ffa rdm civ lol. Its nothing like playing a diff patch, the diff in the mod is that units r randomly stronger - but its fair bc same civ mainly the mordreds razing ability is the diff, that's nothing like changing the entire strategy of most patrols in cba , which is the biggest chunk of gameplay. Eots stance is probably only due to beast bc he likes it on - the irony being he only ever picks geni, so its no diff to him . Anyway, vote on it then

The thing is you are picking something that no one ever plays/likes just because someone from 7th asks for it because he thinks he can win easier without mod, because he used to play it 5 years ago or w/e...(tbh it's ridiculous how they cry for every single map/selection), if you check the 1v1/2v2/ffa rcb rooms you can see that every single one of them has RCB Fair Mod enabled.
Maybe clans who vote for RCB should vote like
RCB with Fair Mod or RCB without Fair Mod and whichever gets more votes it will be played, which I'm sure without mod will get only 1 vote...
Listen im not getting involved in this ive enough to do as it is. The way im doing it is if both parties want to use it they can use it and if both parties dont want to use it then it wont be used. If majority do use the rcb mod you mention then it will still be used by most. Nobody in 7th asked me to not include it let me make that clear but this will end up turning into another piss ass endless cycle of crap between the two so it ends now. I wont change my mind on this so no point anyone asking me.
clearly gary just posted that... and we already know when it comes to a game he will refuse to play with it on... as I said should ask for majority opinion as you do for most things... otherwise it will be every clan wanting to play with it on except when you play 7th.
and I dont know much about rcb but I know guys from our rcb team would prefer it on... should ask Epics players.. Flz.. and DMz about their opinion on if it should be used or not seeing as they all have rcb players in this tournament.

Heres the list of what RCB changes... if all the experienced players prefer to play with it off then case is closed... but doing one decision based on one 7th isnt the right thing Frankie... you can see theres quite a bit of difference between off and on.

Im not basing this on one 7th im basing this on me having enough to do and that we didnt use it in the last tourney (and that went well) so im making this judgement on how i see a fair conclusion to avoid an endless cycle of crap that was surfacing.
