MQ should be on for all games; it allows you to create units from multiple buildings at once - ie. by double clicking the building etc.
RCB Fair mod basically what it does is gives some units different HP/AP, for example Japs get 85hp not 80, Goths get extra armour etc etc. the other main difference is that at 13 mins Mordreds pretty much insta raze, where as with no mod they have +50ap, as oppose to like +300ap with mod.
^ We don't need it on, all RCB games will be same civ. RCB mod changes all of the units ap/hp/stats to make it so that in FFA games it's fairer, tournament will not be FFA nor random civs.

Without the mod Mordred will be much harder to kill and it can be used effectively to kill enemy units. The mod does indeed give them a bonus vs buildings, but it also removes the ability to damage enemy units. HP and armour for Mordred is also reduced with the mod.

so? the mordreds with mod also run like 3x faster so they are used as stupidly effective runners... either way they influence the game, there's just no need for all of the other changes to units (as mentioned) because that is to make game more balanced in FFA random civs
again, there's no need for it to be on if RCB map is voted in
MQ used by cheap players who are so lazy to make work on all building and in my opinion SQ patch old system of making units in buildings is best to judge the skills of any player
VCOM Tournament Random should be only mod enabled (Advanced Stats included)
only need that mod if you're playing a random decider.. but rcb for example some people prefer fair mod.. some dont.. so imo army should go around and ask teams their preference so that theres a 100% answer if a RCB game comes up and two teams arent sat fighting on match day.

This creates one big problem. Random RCB games are played without fair. So, I repeat that if Mordreds are a problem a trigger solution is preferable.

I never see a rcb game without mod being played, to me this is the same as someone asking to play Cba Hero with 1.0 patch. It's just that no one plays it but some people might try to play that way in order to gain advantage vs others. Imo if Rcb comes up in random decider players must gb and relauch it using fair mod.

I don't care if it's going to be used or not but it's better to use MQ than macros and it will surely help make games more balanced vs people who use macros.

This is why I'm totally against random in these tournaments
To add: I'd be all for 1v1 being all random (like mikes earlier suggestion) to make it more interesting seeing as there is no need to set up spots for it.

As weapon constantly insisted. RCB Fair Mod is balanced for random FFA games.
If the Mordreds are such a problem then someone should simply weaken them via triggers for tournament play.

What is amusing that Gary actually achieved a better spot in RCB 2v2 with the mod on (first place) than in RCB 1v1 that had it disabled (third place).
