Please also check, whether your Windows 7 is up to date. The following update must be installed.

32-Bit
2018-09 Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows 7 for x86-based Systems (KB4457144)
64-Bit

I ran the SFC scan, it says verification completed as result and a log file was generated, I'll say I don't know if it was succeeded or not to fix anything that might be need to be fixed (I uploaded the log).
The KB4457144 update, it doesn't looks like it can be applied with my system, check the screenshot below, that message appears every time I try to install that update.
That makes me think, maybe I need to do a Windows Update, so I did but no changing (the error persists) and that update still can't be applied.
That should solve the problem but reboot after the install.
Isn't the installer package includes this?, I have them already installed and I let the package to do though, also tried this all in one one, but no changing (the error persists).
Thank you for your understanding!

You're right! the problem must be debugged and fixed from Voobly source
I confirm I have the same error as the colleague I use Win 7 with the same Version All updated with all Visual C until 2015 - 2022, I tried each of the solutions and nothing persists the error I have been playing with the previous version since the beta no, not even lets me start it :c fix this before Community Tournament 1.6
I confirm this issue. Everytime I get tableview for no reason. I never use tableview. Clicking ListView takes way too long to switch and freezes the client.
I have a problem with it, I am on Windows 7, App is not working for me at all
I have pop-up that says the app could not find kernel32.wakebyaddresssingle dll

We should have a fix for it soon. Thanks for the report.
Also, I've noticed the the horizontal lines separating the game rooms don't align with the text. Picture attached.
