I have been seeing most of the players what would fit into division B and they play well and make me think we need 3 divisions next time we do this .
Division A is correct ,the current B becomes C and the new B would contain players over 400 RM beginner games who are under 1300 rating because most are not that good ,they will sign up for Div B in this tournament but it will be a tough tournament.

Now I was brain storming earlier about this probelm I see with players over 400 games and under 1300 rating I want to leave a rough draft here of the suggestion.
Since extra players would be a burden with 3 divisions for the staff to check here is what I came up with :
Division A has 16 teams
Now division A will be reduced to 8 teams ,the new Division B will have 8 teams as well.
The current division B will become division C and no changes will be made to it.
The new division B will have same criteria of A except the min games will change from 20 to 401 and max games =0
Division A winner will face Division B winner for the gold (this should be balanced already since both teams won their respective division) ,the losers of this match will get Silver and the losers of both
div A and div B fight for the Bronze.
That's a good suggestion either have a sub forum or will have to message the other team via private message to inbox ,but the sub forum will be sort of a proof.
Like you said you need proof of teams/players actively trying to sort games out, if players organise it through messages how will tournament hosts be aware of who is interested in sorting the games out?

True true, I made a 2v2 Bf tournament for LOTD, was going well then people lost interest but this is more wide-scale and has alot more people helping out and interested. I'm sure it wont be for notihng because I want that place badge
