Division B (Intermediate Ladder)

Minimum of 25 games played on the Intermediate Ladder.

Maybe this will encourage the players who shouldn't be playing on the Beginners Ladder to start playing on the Intermediate Ladder.

We realize this will not be PERFECT criteria. Without your feedback, we won't be able to make it that much better.

It will be set as best as we can, considering the lounge this tournament is based on.

  • Maximum of 100 games played in the MS lounge from 2012.

  • < 1300 (Beginners Rating).
  • Teams must be split evenly.

Division B (Intermediate Ladder)

I don't think there is any problem in that as long as the meet the minimum and maximum requirements.

So what ? You can do your strategy after 40 min too ;). And if you want to rush, then you have to join in Div. B

I've got another query about Division B.
"[*]Maximum of 400 games played in the MS lounge from 2012. All ladders combined, but excluding the Intermediate Ladder. The Intermediate Ladder is mirrored with the NPL. DM games do not apply to this rule."
Does this mean that someone can have over 600 games played on the Beginners ladder and 25 games played on the Intermediate ladder, they would be able to play? Or does it mean because they have over 400 games played they wouldn't be considered eligible?

Yes that person can play.

The MS lounge refers to all the ladders in Medieval Siege lobby from RM- team games ,RM-1v1 etc so if you have over 400 games combined across those ladders from 2012 onwards you can't play.
Also if you have over 200 games played just in the RM-Interm ladder you also can't play.

It's fine, this thread needs the feedback so we can try and make it a good and fair tournament for all entrants ;1st

The criteria and rules for the tournament have been updated so everyone needs to keep checking this thread to make sure they are eligible.

This is an interesting question.

Maybe we need to put a maximum of Beginners matches for Division B. No more than 500 games for in the Beginners Ladder in the Division B criteria? Because what if a player has 1500 games played in the Beginners Ladder. He will have a huge advantage over somebody who has only 500 games.

I will start working on the Sign-ups thread. It will be a closed thread until August 23rd, when sign-ups begin.

@Michi, the maximum games for the Division B look good, a 1000 is more then enough, i know a few people who've got 600 odd games played and still low 1.3k rate. Rules and criteria look really good so far, everything I've queried has been answered and even taken on board ;D If I think anything else up I'll be sure to mention it, will begin adversing soon!
