Hi all! Thanks mich_ for your suggestion, im gonna make an addition as NPL and MS player, let me know if u agree or what do you think about it. I think that with this we can prevent a bit more "noob bashing" and make fair games.
Division A (New intermediate players):
Clans allowed (only known NPL ones)
+100 games on NPL
>1300 (NPL rating) and up to 16++ (MS rating). If 16++ then <300 games on MS
No players with a win/loss ratio of 2:1 in a specified ladder (minimum of 20 games, e. g. 20 Wins, 3 Losses).
No more than 200 games played
No Zero and no Zero with AKA rating
<1300 (NPL rating)
No players with an aka rating that has reached, or is close to reaching the rating cap.
Age times; Fuedal/Castle/Imperial ( > 16m/22m/36m). Although these can be manipulated (player intentionally takes longer to upgrade Age times) VERY DIFFICULT TO PROVE
Teams must be split evenly.
Zero games played in the MS lounge.
Invite only.
No rush game; 40" until you can start attacking.
Limited number of sign-ups.
First try can be inviting known NPL players and see if it works.
Most 1200+ rating in NPL can get a castle time of 17 mins and an imperial time of 32 mins. NR 40 is a characteristic of GR and one of the main reasons I use voobly instead. You might as well host a michi tournament.
I agree with his opinion and hope that it can be possible.
Division A and Division B is a great idea to seperate npl players and int. players.
Not all of us has the time to go to play in ms to improve, so i personally play in npl 13++ rating games.
So i can't join in the tournament on ms and fight against 2k players ...
Idk if you re gonna divide this into A and B but you should take miCh suggestions for real.
She knows pretty much everything about npl this is why her points are pretty close to perfect.
Anyways I see you guys are really looking forward to having a tourney like this one.
So as MiCh said you can edit her plan or leave it as it is. Looks legit to me tbh.
This is unofficial tournament we have to host this ourselves.
I think population count is better than advance times because a noob will imp at between 30- 40 min but with like 30-40 villager instead of 80+ (average noob) ,we need to see their max pop per game ( maybe last 3 games).
I know a turk fast imp is less than 30 min with about 40 vills or less ,so we need to check their civs as well.
This will be a nice tournament
On another note for division A ,most players have over 200 games but are under 1300 (maybe from 1150x up ) rating so it needs to be edited so that more than 200 can count if you don't have the 1300 rating or higher.
Here is my input on hosting an unofficial tournament to identify noob bashers. I see many posts here on trying to identify noob bashers without Staff involvement. This is the best I can think of without having Staff involved in checking accounts. We have thought of pretty much every scenario possible for identification. I have come up with some criteria that can be specifically used for your Tournament. These are just suggestions. Take them into consideration if you like, or change them up to how you prefer. I have also taken some of your ideas and added them.
Suggestions for the Beginners RM Ladder only.
No players with a win/loss ratio of 2:1 in a specified ladder (minimum of 20 games, e. g. 20 Wins, 3 Losses).
No more than 200 games played.
Players with an aka rating that has reached, or is close to reaching the rating cap.

Limited number of sign-ups.
If you would like, I can post something in the welcome message for this tournament. If you would like to follow through on this tournament, I suggest you take a look at the other threads made in VCOM and base your tournament on their ideas; rules, start time/date, sign-ups, sign-up closing date, etc.
What are you offering the winners?
Since it's unofficial there wont be any prizes
But maybe we can get some top players like the viper to play a game with the winners or have a training session etc.
I am sure he would agree.
Since you're collecting your criteria for the tournament, you can start a new thread and edit your first post as you get new ideas. It's a lot easier to track that way rather than looking through pages and pages of posts. I think I listed most, if not all, of the ideas posted here already. Popemi has listed a few suggestions and added them to my previous suggestion post. I see a lot of good suggestions so far. If you like, I can post an example for Division A & B.

What about a 4v4 splited with 4 pro players?
Players in the tourny could vote who "pros" to play with

We really apreciate your help Mich! And yes we would like you to post an example
[PTBNS]fabking is now opening new thread as you suggested!
Staff will not be involved. These are only suggestions.

I also think that it will be hard to enjoy the games without people blaming others for bashing or for having an unknown account 17xx in ms etc.

@ GenericUser1
I don't see anybody else having a problem with NR 40m, except you.
*cough cough*
