Getting error while launching game

Hi Team,

I have recently changed laptop and installed AOE from steam as well as installed patches as suggested by voobly.

Game diagnostic is saying everything is ok (screenshot is attached).

However, not able to launch new game (screenshot attached).

Can someone pl help.
