Alternatively, anyway to know for sure whether FP or UPnP is being used?

I want to make sure Voobly is using UPnP rather than FP, since the UPnP seems to complain

hi
there are a few things you seem to have got mixed up
FP means you have a bad connection, its not a setting. its a warning.
upnp even on voobly is not something you should using. disable it. set 16000udp in lobby, settings.
you need to port forward your private ip to 16000udp
