Rush si banned only in Div A (even though it is still discussed, probably will be like that) and is not the same as vill war or SC figths. If u dont wall ok, sometimes players even don´t wall in a "normal setting" BF 11 .I have never played a 40´ no rush so i really dont know but may be players will wall in min 30/35.
About vill and sc war, may be we should specificate if it is allowed WHEN WALLING (or 40´ no rush does not allow any kind of aggressiveness?)
Even a noobiest of a noob will attempt to sneak a villager inside when the enemy does not wall. I have played with a zero winner and he snuck a villager inside the enemys base! Obviously, nobody will sneak if rush is not allowed!
We lik to see Sneaks in BF games, not only in Intermediate but Noob games as well! banning rush will take that excitement away from that!
And also sometimes, the opening is so wide that pure walling cannot do! Such players must flush! Banning rushhing in wide gaps is akin to banning flushing in Arabia! Does not make sense!

I know of 2 brothers who play on the same computer LyF Rifat46 and LOTD Deadknight. Rifat is a 1250 player who qualifies for Div A, but Deadknight is a solid 1400 who plays on MS. Say Rifat wants to play in the tournament, how u determine if his brother is playing or is him? It is not fair to him to say that because he has a BRO who plays AOC, he cant participate in tournament!

I will play in Div B so i think this criteria should be disscused with players from Div A. But if u want my opinion, of course i agree with what you are suggesting.

When I said it was ok to steal enemy sheep or kill deers MiCH replied with the following:
"No, it is NOT allowed. We can't list every possible violation. This is why we wrote the first rule in this policy. Any Actions concerning a player who behaves in a manner that is deemed against the spirit of the game; stealing your enemies/allies sheep, killing boars/deer, walling tc's or resources, using siege units to attack your ally. Please use your common sense and let's have a fair game people." This applies to both division A and B and actually all of voobly we just never realised it , I also learned about this recently as well
The no rush 40 minutes means no attacking for 40 minutes the scouts may fight each other but villagers do not fight on their own we have to make the villagers fight other villagers and also a scout will only fight if he is set to patrol or guard mode.
If a villager is snuck in because the other player did not wall then so be it just don't violate any rules of the voobly game policies.
If the readers of this thread were to read the previous posts from the beginning they might get the answers to some of their questions but all the feedback is welcomed to make this a great tournament.

You keep asking about smurfs, IP checking, cyber cafes, etc. Let the VCOM Hosts worry about it. We can't discuss the details, but we have many ways of checking and verifying these things.
