Replaces the 'All Techs' option by 'Full Tech Tree' (just like in the Scenario Editor) so that civilization bonuses and unique techs are not lost when this option is selected
Known Bugs:
- 'Full Tech Tree' description still says it disables civilization bonuses and unique techs (can be fixed but then the description would always be displayed in english)
- Some techs given for free via civ bonuses still can be manually researched (waste of resources)
