Even if I forwarded UDP 16000 port on my router, all test results are giving the not forwarded problem.
I've tried everything written in the help section but with no success. I used to have the same setting with a different ISP and everything was fine, but with the new ISP and router I'm not able to forward the ports.
I'm using fastweb (Italy).
Windows firewall UDP 16000 ports (incoming and outgoing) has access.
Changed NAT port to 2310, forwarded UDP ports between 2300-2400 didn't work so changed it back to 16000 on voobly settings.
I also deactivated my antivirus and windows firewall but again it didn't pass the network test.
Test results, port mapping page, uPnp and modem version screenshots are attached.
Any suggestion?
Thanks
why cannt you forward ports? or did you mean its just not working?
check your forwarding is correct using the pc private ip dhcp and step1: https://www.voobly.com/pages/view/134
usually forwarding is done through the virtual server page.
is this your modem/router: [You must login to view link]
I'm able to forward ports in router page, but it just doesn't work.
I've tested with this software "Port Forward Network Utilities" and 16000 UDP port is closed.
My router is FastGate (Router for fiber connections, 1Gbps connection) not TECHNICOLOR unfortunately.
I've checked some forums who had similar issues with this modem but with other clients, they are telling that I should contact my ISP support to request Public IP, otherwise port forwarding is not working. I'll try that and will let you know.
tell them you need the ip for a security camera.
As you suggested i told them I needed it for security camera, so they didn't question more, 3 days after the request it was open. Now all is ok.
thats great
