Unable to join the lobby

As soon as I sign in and click on the new player lobby, a box opens downloading the update and crashes ending by opening the command and prompt.

Also tried reinstalling and opening the voobly after restarting.

i have same prm . can t download stops to 2%

I have the same issue and I cant fix it. It says its only reserved for new players
