Kill Rewards:
25 kills - Cartography
50 kills - Scorpion
75 kills - Heavy Scorpion
100 kills - Siege Engineers
150 kills - Battering Ram
200 kills - Capped Ram
250 kills - Siege Ram
300 kills - Mangonel
400 kills - Onager
500 kills - Siege Onager - Spies

800 kills - Bombard Cannon

1300 kills - Minus 1k HP to the Player's Tower of Death every 10 seconds.
Razing Rewards:
1 razing - +200 AP to Tower of Death
2 razings - +1000 HP and +100 AP to Bane of Siege
3 razings - +1 range to Tower of Death
4 razings - +100% speed to Bane of Siege
5 razings - +2 range to Tower of Death
Bane of Siege:
This unit has a special Power Up feature - every 10 seconds it will gain +10 HP and +1 AP and has additional Bonuses from razings so it is really important to try to keep Bane of Siege alive. Inside your Tower of Death you have a Friar Tuck, which will be helpful with keeping the Bane alive.
Reinforcements:
Every 4 minutes every player receives a Cobra Car, so that someone who has fallen behind can get back into the game.
Middle Power Up:
All units (expect the Cobra Car) will receive +1 AP every 5 seconds on top of the Middle Hill.

Range reward for razing are some useless Should change it to +500 hp to bane and +1500 tower HP
When defending the Tower Range is useful, because reaches further and therefore units die faster.
Siege kills most of the enemy siege
