for example : when i go in the room, display : starting late join - downloading 2MiB.
and wait wait wait ,may be it needs 10minutes. my internet is 1000Mbs ,UPLOAD/download is ok.

WHY ?

The game data mod is very big, that's why it takes a while. Download it beforehand.

But it wasn't like that before. Downloading the gamedate was basically finished in a few seconds.

I think the problem is related to your location (mainland China). Could you please use one of the well known working VPN services in China that allows traffic to our CDN (Cloudflare)?

when VOOBLY started using IPV6 ? Could it be because of this reason? I have IPv4 address , but no IPV6 address.

We use native IPv4 here at Voobly, some web services however may also offer IPv6. You do not require an IPv6 address though. There are known issues with services outside of mainland China which can be resolved using a VPN.

As you said, the settings were applied, but during the network diagnostics, the connection was still connect on UDP 16000. Does this mean that this setting is incorrect?
