Help! My IP got blocked?

Hi

I am facing a login issue with my accounts, rising_ and ryzen_. I receive "Network Connection Error [Code: 10000005]" on the Voobly App, but can access the app using a VPN, indicating a potential IP block. I have maintained respectful conduct on the platform. Please check if my IP is blocked and assist with unblocking it for my accounts.

1x5 is connection problem on client side. You don't need a VPN in order to play on Voobly, most problems are caused by bugged VPN clients that do not properly clean up the routing list after disconnecting / crashing. A reboot should fix this though.
