VC_redist.x86.exe displays this from screenshot.

Nothing happens when I click see the "log file".

I use linux with wine emulator .

The problem could be the compiler and not the code itself,
try use another compiler for the 32 bits code

You must login into Voobly to view image

You must raise your Wine emulation to Windows 7 and higher. You have to install the most recent C++ Redistributable 2015 - 2022.

Set it to even 8, it let me read terms of services this time and then it crashed.

is there a github repo or can the files be shared in zip format?
seems to be a problem with the installer

The fast foward issue when playing recording games was fixed in 2.7.5.0

Regarding the crashing issue: next time the client is crashing for you, FIRST upload the voobly.txt in your Voobly Client Installation folder BEFORE logging onto Voobly again. Thank you. :)

A new client update has been released: 2.7.5.1:
  • Fixes a crashing issue when installation path contains a non-unicode character
  • Fixes several graphical allignment glitches

For those who are still complaining about crashes, please provide sufficient information so we can figure out what is causing those crashing issues. After your client has crashed, navigate to the Voobly installation directory and upload the Voobly.txt here at the forums. Do NOT start the client, the Voobly.txt Log file must be collected first before logging onto Voobly again. Thank you.

There is still a translation error to be fixed. It is not shown as it should be when selecting.

The new client has broken the old translations, as there were too many changes (without existing translations). The new translation files can be found in the Voobly resources folder. You are encouraged to contribute to Voobly and send us an updated translation file of the client. :)

Two issues are causing those crashing:
  • First issue will be fixed with 2.5.7.3, but must be tested first, whether it is causing any other problems
  • Second issue will be fixed with 2.5.7.4 if previous fix in 2.5.7.3 is working as expected

glad to hear that, since many still coplaining bout those crashes. idk why, but in my case voobly never crashs for me lol.

Help us fighting cheaters by participating in the public beta test of Voobly Client version 2.5.7.3 (Download here: https://update.voobly.com/updates/voobly-v2.7.5.3-update-full.exe). This client release will prevent OOS (Out of Sync) cheaters from ruining your games. Report problems here.
