Virus in Voobly Client.

I could not initialize game aoe2. windows defender showed this virus

Trojan:Win32/Woreflint.A!cl

and voobly client also stopped opening. Later, i reinstalled the voobly client and it gave same problem.

any solutions?

It's a false positive. Please ignore and set an AV exclusion for the file. Sorry for any inconvenience.

windows 10 will block threat if detected, i just allow threat to run voobly.

If you have a black screen, then Windows Defender has removed some of the required DLL files. In that case you either restore the quarantined file from Windows Defender or simply reinstall Voobly.

Que tal, disculpen no puedo abrir voobly desde ayer, directamente no conecta al servidor, lo reinstale y sigue en lo mismo, a alguien le sucede lo mismo y sabe si existe alguna solucion al respecto? desde ya gracias

how that possible? false? how come if microsoft antivurs dectects virus in your exe file. because you wanted let people install it on their computer. did microsoft did their best or voobly chriss is lying? i had 2 virus detected when i installed new update... i did screenshot of it too with file derectory

Buen dia comunidad me pasa lo mismo con el Troyano Wacatac, alguna sugerencia.? han tenido ese mismo problema en sus cuentas, no he podido jugar, estoy hasta el lobby del juego, corre la lanzada pero al momento de correr el juego aparece un error, se ejecuta el diagnostico del juego, pero segun este esta todo normal. mas el juego no corre, ayuda? alguna sugerencia...

Si no puedes iniciar Voobly desde hace unos dias, o al arrancar el juego en cualquier lobby y en la venta te sale que tienes 1.0c, es debido a una actualización reciente y debes marcar el anticheat (una caractertistica de la plataforma para no permitir hacks y trampas) como excepcion, si estas usando windows 10, haz lo siguiente:

1. Ve a Inicio > Configuración > Actualización y Seguridad > Seguridad de Windows > Protección contra Virus y amenazas
2. En Amenazas actuales pulsa en Historial de Amenazas.
3. Busca en Amenzas en cuarentena por una llamada "Trojan:Win32/Wacatac.D7!ml" / "Trojan:Win32/Woreflint.A!cl".
4. Desplega el listado de Accciones, y ponla en Permitir.

Si usais cualquier otro antivirus, haced lo mismo buscando en las opciones de vuestro AV como hacer la excepcion del mencionado archivo.

this is not a false positive.. is real positive.. i tested the .exe file at [You must login to view link] with other AV.. and it is detected infection with trojan..
