Hello..

I have tried to join and launch games of AoE2 Conquerors but get the same error message each time,

I have checked antivirus and firewall, restarted and reinstalled but still no luck

any advice greatly appreciated...

i have enclosed a screenshot of my diagnostic log...

Hello.

Where did you get the game from?

Please do a few things.
1. Update your OS (NVIDIA GeForce) and or any other Operating system you have.
2. Try these settings here: [You must login to view link]
3. Make sure to allow Voobly & Game through any firewall/antivirus.

--> If none of these above fix it then please screenshot or copy+paste your game diagnostics/pathing here!

Hopefully this helps if not please let us know and I will give you a few more things I think it could be (Installation or piracy issue)
