I have some problem when launching(or joining) a game.
I have already played with Voobly once but I don't know when and what made the game crashes like this.
The game runs correctly when I'm playing with it offline. But as soon as I am launching or joining a game it crashes. And it crashes when I run it offline too. (0xc0000005 error)
After I reinstalled the game it runs correctly again(offline). And when I try to play on Voobly it crashes.
I didn't run it with compatibility mode. I added the game to Windows Defender excluded program. I toogled Windows Defender off....but still the same problem.
And the game won't run anymore until I reinstall it again...
Anyone having a solution?
Thanks.
Please, copy + paste me the results of your Game Diagnostics.

Also you said you disabled windows firewall. Could you please make sure your voobly/game is allowed/white listed through any antivirus you may have.
Regards.
Game diagnostics :
Installation path reported by registry is 'D:\Age of Empires III - Complete Collection\bin'
Verifying 'D:\Age of Empires III - Complete Collection\bin\age3y.exe' exists...
Success!
Voobly path is 'c:\program files (x86)\voobly'
Game version is '1.03'
I have already played with it two weeks ago on Voobly. But now it won't run anymore. I reinstalled lots of time but nothing......it runs only when I'm playing offline.
I can see the issue right from your pathing.
1) You will need to buy a real version of the game since the one you have seems to be pirated.
2) You will need to install it to your C: Drive not your D: Drive.
Regards.
I have also tried installed it on C:
It ran offline but on voobly it crashes. And needed to reinstall to work again.
Well if it works then that is great. If it doesn't all I can suggest is buying a real version.
Regards.
