Cada vez que quiero iniciar una partida, carga y se sale. Me dice error al iniciar una partida

Hello this is possibly a couple of things.

1, This could be do a pirated version of the game
1. Could you please post your game diagnostics here (How to: [You must login to view link])

2, Possibly blocked through Firewalls/antivirus
2. Please make sure that Voobly/Age of Empires is allowed through your antivirus / firewall

Also what does the error say?

No tengo el juego pirateado, lo compre en steam.
Dice: Error al iniciar la partida

Hola,

1) ¿Qué sistema operativo utilizas?
2) ¿El diagnóstico del juego te da bien? Copianos y peganos el resultado (cómo hacerlo: unite a cualquier sala y anda a Opciones > Diagnóstico del juego)
3) ¿Tenés instalado algún antivirus?
