I made a previous thread but noticed I stopped getting responses even though the problem wasn't resolved. I was told to start it host my own lobby and wait for the client & server to connect. I do this and whenever I try to join someone else' s lobby it just crashes.

This is a recurring problem and many folks experience it. I still haven't got any kind of response to any threads that make sense or even have someone acknowledge the issue and share details how they are resolving it.

The communication has been very poor.... VOOBLY TEAM??? Hello??? Anyone there???

Hello, Our Voobly Team has already explained this in a thread Here

The VT are working on making improvements and we apologize for any inconvenience for the ones that have to deal with the slow/sluggish lobbies that also prevents the crashes.

Cheers. ;flowers

I come from Vietnam

Currently, from 22:00 onwards, we constantly lose connection with Voobly.

I am a gold member and still suffer from this case.

Why is that so?

seems better now, for the past two hours

clicked and closed 10-12 game rooms in succession...
no crash or black background window initially

Only way this is possible is if the Voobly Team allowed us Member Plus to remove afk rooms. However this can cause problems if the player is just "brb" or just sitting there but not actually afk. These players then would complain and report for abusing e.g.

Only other possible way is if they implemented a auto kick system but right now that is not their priorities. As of right now the VT is working on trying to improve the client so it doesn't cause crashing/sluggish reactions for the ones with less internet connections / pc.

i think resolved now.

very swift room join.

no black background, for room window preloading..
or white background-- this would always lead to a crash.

Glad to hear that! :)

There is now 200 less game rooms in each lobby so seems to be be helping people!
