Simple as that, this is what is found in the Windows (10, home) event log:

Please follow the steps mentioned here to perform a clean installation of the Voobly client

If the problem persists, make sure your windows is up to date. If you have any security applications on your computer, you may want to add an exception for Voobly and AOC into it.
