Did that happen to you in each lobby or only in NPL?

We don't have the magic ball, a lot of variables can occur and we trying our best, also keep in mind that we help you guys with pleasure but if take time to answer at the posts, it's because any of us it's busier with personal life, and i would like also to specify that it's not our living job,
Also i would like to specify that most of the times the comunications in general it's not completly clear and difficult trough the screen,
So please help us as well being collaborative instead whining all over the place,
