I already hurt him and the problems persist voobly takes me out 30 minutes of play and this is my test

Test result: All Pass
Network Status: All tests passed

Add voobly and the game to exception list, run both of them as administrator,

Also you should do the portforward, about this, you can do a quick research on google about your modem and for sure you will find a guide on the company site on how to do that.

Please stop spamming in the forum section that we don't solve anything,

We don't have the magic ball, a lot of variables can occur and we trying our best, also keep in mind that we help you guys with pleasure but if take time to answer at the posts, it's because any of us it's busier with personal life, and i would like also to specify that it's not our living job,

Also i would like to specify that most of the times the comunications in general it's not completly clear and difficult trough the screen,

So please help us as well being collaborative instead whining all over the place,

And don't take it personal, this words are general talking, i write this only because i saw you copy "SOPORTE TENICO NO ARREGLA NI UNA VERGA" in other posts wich means that technical support don't solve anything.
