I am having issues with making the game compatible with Voobly server. I have already gone thru this https://support.voobly.com/display/vkb/KB1054+Clean+installation+of+Aoe2HD+with+compatibility+patch and done every step.

The error message I am getting on the Game Diagnostics message is this the attached picture.


Could you please me with this situation?

Do you have any "new folder" in your \age2HD directory? If yes, then you have to move that what is contained there to the \age2HD directory from the "new folder".

And what if u do not have the new folder in ur age2HD folder?

Then he should get a different kind of error, or something is not revealed from this error (example a second installation of aoe2).

The file was not found at the location the registry said it should be. The registry keys need to either be fixed or the game needs to be moved to the proper location.
