Banned ip or just ISP issue?

Hi, I have a quite confusing problem with Voobly.. The connection is not working from my home landline internet connection, not even connecting to voobly.com website. Tried with several devices / browsers / reset the router. All other websites work fine in all scenarios.

But when I move to another Internet connection, such as mobile hotspot, also voobly.com works like a charm. Could my IP be banned by Voobly or is it likely a ISP issue?
(I am writing this using the internet connection from my phone)

Please let me know if you need additional information.

Br,
Night_Sirk

Can you please give us the output of: Start > Type "cmd" > Click "Command Prompt" > type "tracert www.voobly.com" and hit Enter.

Repeat the steps above with client.voobly.com. Now take a screenshot of both and upload here. Thank you.

I was banned by a third party program that is xmouse, but I did not know it was forbidden to use it and now I have to wait 3 days to play, seriously it seems an exaggeration. simply deny the access to play because not all games is forbidden this type of programs and to uninstall and install it every time I find it stupid

Rochardo, I don't think your situation is relevant to the issue I am facing.
Apparently I am not banned, but there are some other connection issues.

Still waiting for reply. Looking forward to playing!

I'm not sure what has happened but now the sites listed below are working just fine!

http://support.voobly.com
http://vtech.voobly.com
http://www.voobly.com

The last one definitely did not work earlier, but now it seems fixed (?).
Not sure if you did anything, but a thanks I guess is in order!
