I can understand you dont want to wait if you got rekt during the game (so there is nothing to do for you) until the last player who walled his last vills in is defeated. And in the npl you can lose 20 team games in a row despite being good. And when you play a 1vs1 you can easily beat someone rated much higher
i'm sick of smurfs, but not all the smurfs, those who intentionally to destroy beginners/players with lower level than them and surrender once the match is over.
lol .. there is king of players .. only play with good civs . and when they get civ they dont know how to play with .. they close Voobly .. after that they say it's crush

If you only play people who have played 15~ games last week and about 40-60% win percentage you will be playing the people you searching for. People cus of reasons you might not understand, but banning them doesnt solve your problem.
