You obviously didn't read above. You'll still be able to build gates, they'll just cost more.

I didn't. I haven't touched anything yet. Must've been Gallas somehow or transferring it back over.
2017.06 Charlemagne movement speed increased (0.95=>0.97), +3 hp for fun.
2017.06 Khan pierce ap changed to 22 (20=>22, original value 25).
2017.06 Transport ship movement speed changed to 2.1 (1.9=>2.1).
2017.06 Archers of the Eyes back to normal reload time (1.9=>2).
2017.06 Gates cost triple stone (90 stone, 30=>90).
2017.06 Super Elite Genitour renamed Weapon. Genitour movement speed decreased (1.6=>1.5).
2017.06 Nevski - 0.5 range.
2017.06 Frankish Paladin - +1 range.
2017.06 Belisarius, William, Theo range changed to 0.25.

I tried to be conservative. If anything is too big of a change it can be changed back easily enough. Such is the benefit of modding.
With the Celts getting Bracer it seemed a little unfair that the Teutons and Franks should be left out; especially when their win percentage is still so low. So I gave all civilizations Bracer & Thumb Ring tech.
Harald was buffed in an attempt to stop so many people from going global. It's rare when you see someone win going Harald nowadays.

Just incase you did not notice this, it is going to be +20 HP and +20% HP.
"Crenellations Technology modified (+1 Range to all Towers and Castles, requires Castle Age)."
May need further modification now, since Teutons will have 8+4 Range.
