Oh yes, because picking the most popular or skilled players is directly related to ability be a moderator. Its not like being a moderator requires any time or effort.

Some people don't realise that regular mods have a damn annoying job. I wouldn't do it if you paid me to. Going through mind numbing complaints yech.

am a bit surprised that primez taught 100s to play and hosted youtube channel, but still not given voobly promoter status.

When everything devolves into an ego thing its not surprising. Its the same reason Zanchy isn't despite always trying to train people and he has also done video tutorials.

I agree though, I advocate for ignoring flaws and focusing on contributions when it comes to CS.

Im not in untill
1.New Cs mods ( choosen by Regular active players )
2. No more Cs tourney/changes should make by Old moderators.
untill this me and my bunch of group will stick in hero or move to RM or try other games like i do

This is the ego thing. You do a thing because you want to help, not to fuel your need for feeling important. I don't know which old moderators are making tournaments. Theres aniket and red who have done tournaments lately, neither are mods. Nhoobish was never a mod. Gallas is pretty much new as well.

You were given support when you wanted to do tournaments and you threw it away just to sate your ego. Ask aniket about how open I was to giving people a chance to make a difference in VCOM. In the end those chances came to nothing as most of them took the position as promoter and got lazy.

I've seen all this before and been on your side of the fence. You can force change but you do it through actual discussion and debate. You respect everyone's idea even if you disagree but you keep fighting your corner. Moping around making idle threats and trying to frustrate the efforts of others helps nothing.

be nice with mods / respect them = get free mod .
but i dont want that. i want this noob mod kids to **** off from CS and need new CS moderators WHO ACTIVELY PLAY THE ****ING CS GAME .
BALA / RAJPUT / and many there.

I was a mod for quite some time when I was active and I wasn't shy about speaking my mind. Maybe it has changed now but not all mods were mindless puppets. As I said at the start of this post, being a moderator is work, are you really sure those guys would be willing to sacrifice game time to deal with hundreds of complaints?

**** off , I wanna see the results of wonderful moments in CS.
When Chris let me to host tourney with prizes as well then your ****ic vcom forced to join vcom as per some lame rules .It's OK.
Why the hell I have to give +1 or respect vcom noobs decisions or ideas which i don't even like ?
I'm not the one like you people's who just play around 10games/month .
I'm a regular player..
Well again **** off
Not gonna involve in any CS activities.

I agree with you. i can only contribute 3-4 hours per day during weekdays in which i also wants to play games and on weekends i can give more time to voobly. btw if moderation doesn't take log in into lobby then i can do it more often in free time of office like am doing now.

Moderators are not something whose main aim is to help the CS community to grow and develop , there job is to check out the complaints section and get rid of those game related complaints , dropping and match resets. Rather these are general people of community like , barry ,me, nhoobish etc who try to get the community to a better place with our own wish irrespective of what we got in return. If you think moderators means a lot then you are just in an illusion. Primez , you have already got a chance when we accepted you in VCOM and we also allowed you to do tournaments and you gave nothing in return apart from leaving with your own pointless reasons. Barry has been the only one who has given freedom to many players in past years to let players put forward their ideas and opinions and implemented them. Some holded the chance and some threw it back , so its just you who don't want to do anything rather than just posting on forums and bragging about yourself.
Being a regular player is more important for a promoter/Advisor than a moderator (don't take it other way as both require to be active) , although some treat it as free premium but some are serious also.
And if you dont know everything things are discussed to all of us before implementing !!!

Neither of any VCOM members or any staff recruit Moderators. Recruitment is done by a proper process of application and not by having free time. Better you apply as per process and wait :)
In btw moderation requires watching recorded games day and night rofl rofl

if thats the case than announcement topics would not be locked and discussion would not be done private through inbox messages without community feedback but i guess its easier to label everybody a troll/ego maniac and keep everything private to boost your own little egos

The manager of CS is a woman and her name is Mich,
she has little time for herself and she is not very rich.
She is looking after children who are not very smart,
they run around aimlessly and only know how to fart.
They expect everything, but give nothing in return
and have a wish to put the CS moderators in an urn.

she does not want to discuss anything with the community as she labels us as troublesome trolls not worth discussing anything with, so she sticks with her little inbox team. feel free to claim different or call me a troll/ego maniac just because i disagree with this type of bull**** behaviour. also i expected better from you michpoo.
