All it needs to make the tournament fairer plus have more variety are two simple rules changes
1. make a pool with maps that are equally distributed among all CS areas to make the important random deciders as fair as possible opposed to having a 80% chance of a Blood coming up. For example 3 CBs, 4 Bloods, 3 Alts for the 1v1 and 2v2 map pools.
2. Restrict clans from picking both of their home maps in a Bo5 from the same cathegory. Instead they must pick CB+Blood, Blood+Alt or CB+Alt.
Remove immunities and 2-3 vetos max. As simple as that.

i say take a leap of faith and make the tournament completely random, no picks nor vetos, random positions. let's see how you pros will function under randomness at high levels of gameplay.
Get Primez and his crybaby crew to host a CB based tournament, or someone with some credibility in that community like Savas if they genuinely want one.

You over value your worth... you have this huge head because you're the god of all Indian players but outside of that community no one really gives a **** about you. You're a very solid 1v1 cba hero player I will give you that, and after that? you really wont be part of any top clans TG team in mostly any map imo. Maybe you would make some teams hero teams in 1v1/2v2.
Anyway you are the only one here trying to argue against blood maps being part of the tournament. Even the primarily CB clans like dv8 are interested to have bloods in the tournament and feel they should be there as do all of us... Take your negative opinion somewhere else as its not gonna change any part of the tournament. TIW this time around will have all your favourite CB maps as well as bloods and alternative maps and the overall winner will be the clan who can play all these the best.

As for Eot_/7th, they've proven time and again they're the best around in overall CS. Dv8 and xCs may be brilliant in CBA/Hero and the stronger in those two maps, but those maps aren't given wins against either 7th or Eot_. Tell me what maps would be given wins against 7th or Eot? Then tell me there isn't maps that wouldn't be a given win for Eot_ or 7th. The truth may be condescending to you, so prove me wrong and win TIW. It'll be great to see a new clan come out on top, even if the community have to reel in the power of Eot_ and 7th by manipulating an already successful TIW structure lel.
