Instead of having the possibility to vote for one map two times, it would make more sense to bundle up the remakes of originals with the edits or similar. For instance, the gameplay between CBA and CBA Hero are minor, thus they should be considered as one map, so when voting, you spend one vote to up CBA and CBA Hero both into the map pool. If you decide to choose it from the map pool, you can only pick one or the other, you cannot pick both. The veto and immunity (which I am in favour of) also costs only one. Which means you can have 1 veto ban CBA/CBA Hero and spend one immunity to have either of them.
In other words, in voting, vetoing and immunity stage it costs only one of each to react to it and when picked to map pool it can be only one or the other.
The following should apply to following maps:
CB section
CBA/CBA Hero
RCB and its variants (10th Legion, 2010, 2011, 2013, Classic)
MCB and its variants (Classic, Store, Excalibur)
Blood section
Smosh/Ray
Deathrow/Gwarz

Regards to format, the original democratic system was the fairest way of portraying the best overall clans. The best teams in skill/preparation finished in the top four spots, the best clan won the tournaments. Just host another CBA clan league if you're unhappy that any map has the potential to be vetoed, from a list of maps democratically voted in through a system each clan happily signed up for.
That being said, I'm not bothered if the CB community (which makes up nearly all of CS now) want to change the tournament to meet their limited map abilities. It's tradition for the CB community to ruin the potential for a dynamically competitive community and argue that it's justified because the maps are popular from the noob level up. There's never been anything to stop a CB figurehead from hosting an elite tournament to cater more to CB teams, yet they're always willing to criticise the efforts of our Bloods/Alt community for hosting events.
Whatever happens I hope the tournament is a success, only because of how much I've enjoyed this game from day dot. My peers and myself have given far too much to this community to want to see it struggle. Good luck Army1, you filthy manc.

1- don't divide clans like 7th / eot into 2 teams like A,B, I think its gonna reduce tourney fun,maybe if that happened u will get some problem at which one gonna seeded or change whole seed system or maybe cheap stuff in groups between them
2- about qualify round and new clans who like to participate in tiw,maybe u need make process to bronze league more harder,coz some clans like RB last year played to lose and process to bronze

I was the best Hero player for maybe 3-4 years and Top 10 Cba player. Cba Rate 2250 steady and Hero 2300-2400 k.
