Please guys I cant connect to lobby (er 1000005) so I cant use help in lobby help lounge.... is there any way how to chat with support without lobby connection ?

1000005 is a temporary connection error (usually caused by a problem within your own network). But these are temporary and you can try connecting again after a while and you should be fine.

Since the help room is a client based lobby, you won't be able to access it without logging into the client.
