I really dont see the point in doing a europe tourney with restrictions. I mean cs won the last 2v2 europe tournament and there where a number of high rated rm and dm players playing.

Maybe if you mean your hosting a europe tourney for the npl only? If it is just for npl then you would have to do it in such a way where players could only enter if theyve played a certain amount of games in the lobby. But in all seriousness i think you should reconsider and have a tournament that is open to everyone. If not i will say this at some point this year i will be hosting one without restrictions and promoting it along the lines of can rm take their title back that cs won the last time. Really mine would just be a continuation on from the previous 3 i hosted as in continuing with my masters of europe tourneys

It basically removes all top 3 placers of every Europe tourney so far.

If you want a noob tourney fine but you need to rethink your strategy

Capping RM ratings was just a suggestion / Initial Start . It can be changed by your votes and suggestions.
