Equally there's plenty of euro players who are 2k in rm and shouldn't be restricted from playing.

Yes but still it's RM gamestyle. You pick CBA player vs RM player in Euro match and both no experience in Europe and CBA player will get rekt.

I'll be hosting a Europe TG Tournament in August (3v3 or 4v4). Having a tournament cater to the NPL/casual CS players is a good idea imo but I think it would be better if you hosted the 1k pop version.

If u wanna cater to new players capping the rm rate isn't the way to do it.
