When the game strats it put an error that says missing languages and GAme not found Age Of Empires II..

Hi
Try to reinstal the voobly client and make sure you also delete the voobly folder as instructed in the link:
https://support.voobly.com/display/vkb/KB1053+Clean+installation+of+Voobly+client

If that doesn't help then copy and paste the result of the game diagnostics screen ,this tool can be run in the game lobby at top left click on Options -Game diagnostics

Also what version of the game are you using classic CD version or Steam HD version?
does the game run ok completely off of voobly?
