I'd like to convert AoE2HD mods to Voobly and/or AoC Userpatch 1.4. Is there a tool for this? If not where can I get help/resources/guides describing the mechanics of the Voobly mod system? The same for how .drs files work and which filenames differ from HD to AoC.

What mods would you like to convert? Visual or Data mods?

If you download one from there and go to
YourAoEIIFolderUsedByVoobly/Voobly Mods/AOC/Data Mods or Local Mods
By looking there you will understand a bit how the files work.
