I'd like to ask if there is any rule when one of the players disconnect. Is there a Save and exit possibility? I've heard about a rule in some other tournament where you can ask for regame in the first 3 minutes if the map is bugged or the game is unplayable laggy or something. Is there any rule for this here?

Terms & Conditions

  • Map bugs must be reported to a VCOM Host within the first 10 minutes of the game (example: main gold trapped in trees). Screenshot is required.
  • If a player has dropped during the game, it may or may not be restarted based on the current game standings.
    • Message a VCOM Host once the drop occurs. This is to get the match finished in a timely fashion, whether it is restored or restarted.
    • If a player from the winning team dropped, then the match will be restored.
    • If the game is still undecided at the time of the drop, the match will be restored.
Dropped games have to be restored within 10 min, else the player having a technical issue will be disqualified.
    • If a player from the losing team dropped (and it is clear he is losing), then the losing team will have the option of restoring the game and play 4v3, or they will be disqualified.
    • Other factors will be under the VCOM Hosts discretion.
    • A tutorial explaining how to restore games with Voobly is here.

Sure, np. I'm just hoping people are reading the important stuff as well when they sign-up.

Anyways, I hope that answers your questions.

I think we should also have a maximum pause time in the game of maybe 5 min in case a player needs bathroom or quickly answer door bell etc.

Well I hope there will be some kind of common courtesy for all players in the match. Ofc pausing repeatedly for no reason really is considered 'Refusing to Continue' or 'Refusing to Play' in a sense and is therefore a violation of the Banning & Rating Policies. If a player has a specific reason to pause, then that's fine.
