When arranging the matches to be played does the date chosen by the players have to also be a date when a host will be available?

And what if a player falls under A but wants to play in B so he signs up to B with his friends can he do that or will staff not allow him .

These last minute questions coming into the site now.

We will be watching when players are scheduling their matches. Yes, hosts should be available in case there are any questions, or problems during these matches.

It depends on if we can find a suitable match (fair split) for that team. In reality, I think we may have more sign-ups in B, than we do for A.

I think the usual is 1"30. That's what it should be. If people are going to spec though, we need to make sure there are rules for it; No sending messages to teammate about game, etc.

Not sure what you mean. If people are going to spec, then the delay should be set at 1"30. Meaning there will be a spec delay.

Longer spec delay*
If people spec and if they tell the player(s) playing what the other team is doing, 1:30 is enough time to do something about it but if it was longer, maybe "if" they told the player it'd be too late

I'll set minimum spec settings to 3 minutes. I will also add something to the DQ section just in case.

Yes if outsiders try to "warn" their in-game friends about anything this is something we can easily monitor. Despite that we suggest all users NOT to do that cause its gonna be against rules.
As mich said 3 mins should be more than enough.

You can always set your profile to Do not Disturb while playing in the game to keep this from happening.
