Hello everybody

I've recently just started to play AoE2:TC and I'm getting thrashed by everyone, ranging from flushers to fast castling knight spewers. Can someone give me some pointers as to how to counter these strategies in a game or something?

Watch some recorded games, either of people you play against or better watch the best players. Dreamvis and feage streams, zeroempires and bbqturkman youtube channels are all worth watching.

I like the comment about recorded games. Watch the recorded games of the better players as said above, and also some websites have good strategy articles. Age of Kings Heaven is a good site for strategy articles. You will learn a lot. After that, it is just practice.
