This patch is for the No Patch Tournament (autumn of 2016).
This patch includes blind pick and changes the initial Norse Ulfsark to a Skraeling, which can be placed into stand ground (alt+s) and cannot be bolted. Otherwise, this patch is the same as ESO 1.03 patch.
Also includes blind pick.
