changes:
eclipse won't block god powers (ae can be ceased or frosted)
eclipse won't affect the speed of ancestors (as can be seen on the little image above) and myth units except Scarabs
rain won't block god powers
Scarabs move 50% faster (instead of 20%) during the solar Eclipse
