The mass of graves players are no longer active. To make this a success we would need to give it a good months preparation to get the word out and hopefully get old players to return and play it.

I think we could easily get a 8 team bracket going of 3v3s (even though it'd probably be better 2v2). Probably could push a 16man bracket of 2v2s, some lationos are rehosting Graves. Vicious & Eot would field 5+ teams, plus people like Hun (who already rejected the idea) would play and others too

This really needs a long run up so if we set a target of a May graves tournament, would everyone make an effort to get oldschool graves players to come back for it?

Thats like saying we could never play another tournament without oldskool players aka no more smosh without skrew, prowler, neish, scorpion etc
If it's an viable option, try it. Host one with sign ups and see how many we get within a week or 2, if we get enough set a date, if we dont; forget it.
But i can see us (depending on team sizes) easily getting enough for a 16 bracketed tournament, or could split down to 8 for 3v3s. Considering every tournament has byes a 16bracketed would be fine.
Charlie, sean, wannadj, chopin, sean, likegg, me, hun, ben, shotz, pelao, tickk, kbron, kompaz, snowz, marauder that alone is enough for a 8bracket 2v2 tournament. Plus extra such as guy above me who posted and maybe others like masta, donnie etc.

Yea maybe. I'm not talking really long ago old schoolers. I mean people who played within the last few years.

I don't think getting 16+ 2v2 teams would be a problem.

there aren't any 'old school' players left anymore. Of the old players i know maybe 3 latinos and maybe pelao.. thats about it.
