Well...we have see many tournaments have been hosted quite a lot...
How about hosting a tournament between different Clans...which would once again popularize a lot of clans and will also bring a bit of friendly rivalry inside the CS community.

The tourney must be based on a diverse number of maps...and over a long time...such as 1 month....

The scheduling could be done by the clan themselves....

its just an idea though.....i think we can think about it..

Clan league 3v3 would be good.

If you guys do not remember voobly made an attempt to host a clan league, using different maps in order to put every clan to fight each other in two different groups. Even though that idea is quite splendid, that tournament had more issues than anything else, lots of complaints were created about the used maps, about the matches (lol i just remember the endless fights between zanchy and estigma) and MAINLY about people behaviour, which was patheticaly sad...

So in order to put an event like that to work we would have to change people's mind first

all of the previous things can be avoided......if the tourney directly deals with the clan....not the players...

a player is a clans responsibility.....and some rules must be made such that a player who once registers for a team cannot change into another in the middle of a tournamnt..
then the misbehaving people will automatically stop their nonsense
