Need a method of anti delete using triggers similar to the one used in cba?

anyone know how?

its the last thing i need to complete my map

Trigger Name: Building Destroyed
Starts: ON
Looping: NO
Condition: Destroy Object (building)
Effect: Activate Trigger: Building Deleted

Trigger Name: Building Deleted
Starts: OFF
Looping: NO
Condition: Timer: 4
Effect: Punishment for deleting building

Trigger: Have Razing
Starts: ON
Looping: NO
Condition: Accumulate Attribute: 1 Razing
Effect: Activate Trigget: Razecounter

Trigger: Razecounter
Starts: OFF
Looping: NO
Condition: Accumulate Attribute: 1 Razing
Condition: Timer 2
Effect: Tribute: 1 Razing from player to GAIA
Effect: Convert Razing to something else (preferably flag using create object or hidden resource using tribute)
Effect: Activate Trigget: Have Raze
Effect: Deactivate Trigger: Building Deleted

This should work. If it doesn't, try put the timer in Building Deleted to a higher number, but not too high.

im having a bit of trouble with the last bit where you have said to tribute 1 raze to gaia i go to effect tribute and all that is listed is food wood gold or stone

may i trouble you for a little more info as how to setup the last trigger
