when can it be rated?

so CBA can be updated instantly... but this map takes months to even consider?

-made a trigger for if a civ has bloodlines to make the invincible genitour work properly
-put more haystacks around spawner area, so super units cant be picked up by a ship. so also had to change location ship is created and tasker.

does it have to wait until the next map pack update? or can maps be updated individually?
