me pasa que cuando inicio una nueva partida las teclas de acceso rápido están con la configuración predeterminada, en vez de con la configuración que le coloqué, y como se pueden dar cuenta, es muy incómodo tener que configurar eso cada vez que empiece una partida.

If you mean the screen where you must choose the map, civ, pop, size etc etc... ?

In that case, open a game in any lobby in single player menu.

When you launch the game in single player menu, you get a screen with Single player, history, map editor, multi player, options etc...
Click there on options, then you get another screen, add there any name as player.

Then it should be fixed...
