Hotkeys & other mods just stopped working on 1.5 AOC

Hi, my hotkeys for 1.5 arent loading/working with HD Hotkeys mod, but they work for 1.6.. How can I fix this? I even went to manually change the hot keys and saved it and still did not work in 1.5.. Also, small trees mod stopped working.

Where is your game installed? Have you followed the installation guides?

I don't have it owned on steam. I have CDs. c:\program files x86\microsoft games\age of empires ii\
