I am not able to install patch 1.5RC getting server issue. Is there a manual download for 1.5RC patch?

Network Connection Error [Error transferring http://www.voobly.com/gamemods/package/13/v1.5 RC/0/gamemod.vpkg - server replied: Forbidden]. Connection errors are typically caused by a temporary server outage, a firewall, or a problem with your internet connection. If it's been a long time since you've connected to Voobly it's recommended that you redownload the client from the website.

I re-downloaded voobly. still error
checked firewall.
if possible please download and share 1.5RC patch to me
