Hi all,

I have installed a new router and now I find myself FP in all lobbies.
Attaching my router screenshot below.

When I do network diagnostics, I see my port is not forwarded. Attaching screenshot.

Can someone help me where I can do this on my router settings?

Please read:

You have to forward UDP 16000 in your router.

Hi Chris. I got the same link from +kwin.

I have a new router and my problem is that I cannot find the option of port fowarding in it.
Please see the attached pictures.

Can you help me find the correct option?

Hi Chris. I tried using Virtual Server, but it didn't work. It still shows FP in the game rooms.
Could you please tell me what I need to fill in / select from drop down?

Hi Chris.

Currently there is no rule in Virtual Server.
Could you please tell me what to fill in the given screenshot?

It is asking fill the details and then click on 'Add' to create new virtual server.

I have filled the details shown in Screenshot 3 attachment, but it doesn't work and it still shows FP.

The IP address in the field Internal Server address must be the local IPv4 address of your computer -- not the local IPv4 address of your router (192.168.1.1).

Start > Run > type "cmd" > hit Enter > type "ipconfig" into the Command Prompt window. It's the IPv4 address starting with 192.168.1.***

Try changing the port to UDP 27000 -- and don't forget to change the port in your Voobly settings as well:

Start > Run > type "CMD" > hint Enter > type "tracert client.voobly.com" into Command Prompt. Then wait for the Traceroute to complete. Then take a screenshot and upload the result here. Thanks.
