hello

i am very new playing online aoe2... i am been able to join other peoples game, no problem with that, but when i try to launch a new game... so other players can join me, does not work.

they are able to join the room, (the room i host) but when the game is launch, i am the only player than appears in the initial settings of the game. nobody else appears... (the settings when each player choose civillization and team)

how can i resolve this??, thanks in advance.

pd. i try againg to host a new game to take screenshots like evidence, to show you, but now it appears the game in full screen wich unables me to take screenshots

after a few seconds of launching the game appears in full screen "configurating the game for several players" then another few seconds appear "unable to join the game" , did it twice and same result...

so, i change the host, give the host to another player and have exactly the same result... unable to join the game, how can be fix?

Please join a game lobby and run both, the game diagnostics tool and the network diagnostics tool. Then paste us both results of the diagnostics report. Thanks.

Join an AOC game lobby and you will find both diagnostics tools in the menu.
